Because Revival is food, we do NOT accept returns; however if you have issues with your order, our Customer Care team will definitely take care of you! 

A Note on Flavor

We are passionate about our recipes and hope you love them as much as we do! However, because taste is a deeply personal experience and everyone’s palate is unique, we do not offer refunds based on personal flavor preference. We appreciate your adventurous spirit in trying our products and hope you find the perfect match for your taste buds.

When your delivery arrives, we ask that you take a moment to inspect your items right away. 

If Something Isn't Right

If you discover that your order has been damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong product, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.

  • For Damaged Items: Please snap a quick photograph of the damage and the shipping box. This helps us understand what happened and ensures we can get a replacement to you.  
  • For Wrong Items: If we mixed up your order, tell us right away so we can get your correct favorites into your hands as quickly as possible.

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
  • We offer shipping to most locations. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after your order is placed.
